Life at Six Knots documents a 10-day journey on the Intra-coastal waterway through images and stories of people and places along the way. It is a perspective on life in the slow lane and taking it easy. Life passes by so quickly, even at 6 knots. Written and photographed by Michael Orhelein.
Nathaniel and the Quiet Ghost is a children’s story based on a poem. In the story, Nathaniel’s creative imagination is the cause of his fears, however, through explanation and understanding his fears are soon resolved. Written by my brother Jim and edited by my Mom. I’ve included it here in their honor and because I’m very proud of them!
